Resumen


El crecimiento postraumático (CPT) es la evolución positiva en el ámbito cognitivo, afectivo y conductual tras un evento traumático. El crecimiento postraumático vicario (CPTV) describe el desarrollo personal y profesional que experimentan terapeutas y otros profesionales al acompañar la recuperación de sus pacientes. Esta revisión sistemática analiza la investigación cualitativa y cuantitativa sobre CPTV desde 2022, enfocándose en profesionales del ámbito psicosociojurídico que atienden a víctimas de violencia. Siguiendo la metodología PRISMA, se seleccionaron 9 estudios. Los resultados evidencian que, a pesar de un incremento en las investigaciones sobre el CPTV en equipos psicosociojurídicos que atienden a víctimas de violencia, el campo continúa siendo insuficientemente explorado. Los estudios existentes se han enfocado de manera predominante en los factores que favorecen o dificultan este crecimiento, así como en las dimensiones del cambio asociado en los profesionales. Se concluye que la investigación actual no ha logrado conceptualizar el CPTV como un proceso dinámico con fases y dimensiones de cambio claramente definidas, adaptadas al contexto específico en el que se desarrolla. En este sentido, el ámbito psicosociojurídico que presta atención a víctimas de violencia sigue siendo un área que requiere una mayor profundización para comprender plenamente este fenómeno.
