EL ESTADO Y LA ENSEÑANZA DURANTE EL PERONISMO: PRIMERAS ACCIONES EN TORNO A LA ORIENTACIÓN AGROINDUSTRIAL EN EL DEPARTAMENTO DE SAN RAFAEL (MENDOZA-ARGENTINA) ENTRE 1947-1951

Resumen

Durante el gobierno peronista, la educación de índole práctica relacionada con el trabajo rural asumió un papel importante, constituyendo un instrumento  con finalidad social destinado a mejorar el nivel de vida de los trabajadores, lograr el arraigo de la población en el campo y aumentar la producción. A partir de lo expuesto, el presente trabajo tiene por objetivo estudiar las primeras acciones estatales en materia de enseñanza agroindustrial en la provincia  de Mendoza (Argentina), para lo cual hemos seleccionado un municipio que forma parte del Oasis sur, San Rafael, cuya base económica principal era la  agricultura y la ganadería. Atenderemos, primeramente, a la educación agrícola practicada en establecimientos específicamente dedicados a ese fin. Por  otra parte, observaremos la existencia de otras modalidades separadas del sistema educativo común, de tipo extensivas, destinadas a grupos o sectores que por diversos motivos no podían asistir a las instituciones educativas de manera regular. Se analizará además, en qué medida las políticas educativas  estuvieron vinculadas con el perfil productivo del municipio y con los problemas por los que atravesó la producción.
ABSTRACT
During the Peronist government, education, practical considerations related to rural work assumed an important role, providing a tool for social purposes  to improve the living standards of workers achieve the roots of the population in the countryside and increase production. From the above, the present work aims to study the first state actions on agribusiness education in the province of  Mendoza (Argentina), for which we have selected a  municipality that is part of Oasis South, San Rafael, whose base main economic era agriculture and livestock. Attend, first, to agricultural education  practiced in establishments specifically dedicated to that purpose. Moreover, observe the separate existence of other forms of common education system, extensive type, for groups or sectors which for various reasons could not attend educational institutions regularly. It was further analyzed to what  extent education policies were linked with the production profile of the municipality and the problems that went through production.
